All offerings are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Pre-recorded collective and timeless readings

  • YouTube content (public and unlisted)

  • Digital downloads (PDFs, audio files, rituals, templates)

  • Physical products (e.g., crystals, candles, aura sprays, smudge tools, and related spiritual goods)

All offerings are spiritual and intuitive in nature, created for educational, reflective, and entertainment purposes. Results are subjective and not guaranteed.
 

2. Refund & Return Policy

  • Digital Products & Services – All sales are final. Digital content (including readings, templates, rituals, and downloadable files) is available immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Physical Products – Refunds, returns, and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy (linked separately on the Site). Physical products must meet the conditions outlined in that policy to qualify.

  • Refunds are granted only at the sole discretion of The Nuu Moon LLC.

Chargebacks, PayPal disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals are a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent revocation of access to services and products. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.
 

3. Delivery Timeline

For personal audio readings:

  • Turnaround time: 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Delivery: via email or download link (no live session required).

For digital products:

  • Delivery is typically instant upon purchase unless otherwise stated.

For physical products:

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times vary depending on shipping method and location. Shipping carriers are responsible for transit delays once the package has left our possession.

By purchasing, you agree to these timelines and understand that delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
 

4. Use of Content

All content provided—whether free or paid—is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or alter any reading, product, or downloadable material.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reselling a downloaded reading or PDF

  • Using templates or rituals in client work

  • Sharing paid content publicly or in group chats

Violations may result in legal action, DMCA content takedowns, or a permanent ban from the Site.
 

5. No Guarantees / Spiritual Disclaimer

  • Harassment, spiritual overreach, or demanding behavior

If your conduct violates the sacred boundaries of this space, your purchase may be denied or refunded at the company’s discretion.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by spam filters, incorrect email entry, incorrect shipping address, or third-party system outages.
